The service is provided as-is, and you should reach out if you have concerns about how your exchange is run or need help removing data.

Secret Samta collects only the information needed to run your gift exchanges and improve the experience. The data we handle includes account details (like your email and display name), exchange information you provide (participant names, emails, wishlists, and preferences), and basic usage data to keep the sleigh running smoothly.

Email addresses are used solely for sign-in links, exchange invitations, and notifications related to your events. We never sell email addresses or use them for marketing purposes.

We store data securely and limit access to what's required for matching Santas, sending reminders, and generating exchange details. If you have questions or need your information removed, please reach out and we'll help faster than a reindeer on a sugar rush.
